One of the co founder of child care welfare society ,MRS Poonam Lahoti belongs to Meerut destrict of U.P. A dynamic personality, born poetess, dedicated social worker, she is a backbone of child care welfare society. Born and brought up in an environment where her parents were always involved in social work and helping others .She inherited these traits from her parents and is committed to the task of imparting quality education to those children who are very poor and needy and denied the basic right that is ‘RIGHT TO EDUCATION’ by the society due to lack of money and other problems like unawareness, negligence of parents and society. She believes in “EQUAL OPPORTUNITY TO ALL” and is always monitors the education system in the schools of society and takes effort to improve the system of teaching and it is her hard work that has taken the CCWS to a new height.
