SCHOOLS- To support primary education we are running  afternoon schools that 

are located  around the neighborhood for the convenience of these underprivileged children .we focus on basic mathematics, English and Hindi language including grammar and general knowledge. On the weekends we show them motivating movies on famous personality, cartoons, health and sanitation etc.

                                Our students are not confined within walls of school but beside the studies, students are exposed to various other activities like outdoor trips, sports day, fete organization, picnics and the latest is science exhibition etc.

As we know that “child’s true education starts at home and mother is the first teacher “we realized that in order to make child be able to study properly, there should be someone at home to monitor and guide him/her. we found that our students were not able to get that guidance and were lacking behind so here came an idea of educating their mothers and sisters too. so we started praudh shiksha Kendra for girls and women who because of illiteracy suffer domestic violence and are unaware of their rights too.

                                  We are proud to say that our centre has helped many girls and women to gain confidence and is continuing to do so.

Child care welfare society works mainly to educate the children of poor economic sector of society but while working closely with them, we came across “a bitter fact”that these people were not even aware of importance of education and parents were also not willing to send their children to school even for free education as they wanted their children to earn at very young age and work with them as servants, vendor, labourer etc. So the motto of their life was to “EARN TO SATISFY HUNGER IS MOST IMPORTANT THAN BEING ABLE TO READ OR WRITE FEW WORDS”

                           The awareness of this sad fact compelled us to starts summer training classes initially like candle making,bandenwars ,mehndi,pottery,embroidery,stiching,beautician courses, computer classes and many more to let them earn few rupees during festivals and vacations. This helped us to attract  the children initially as parents were also satisfied and convinced and later we also opened full time training classes for youth of underprivileged society who was unemployed too and was engaged in substance abuse and crimes.

                                  We are successfully running various such centers in and around the slums now and planning to open many more of them.

As child care welfare is a society that is fighting against illiteracy and runs schools in  

slums that provide primary education and after that help few of them by providing scholarships  for further studies but that was not enough as we noticed many of them left studies and started working with their parents and few took admission in other government schools were not able to do so because of poor teaching in such schools, then we thought of providing assistance in the form of coaching to 9th  to 12th classes and still trying to start many more of such centers.

To help those children in slums who are working hard to study but having limited resources, child care welfare society has opened a library in the slum area and planning to open many more to develop the interest of children and youth in reading as books are the window to the world and would take them to those places where they would not be able to owing to their scarce finances. 

Our society organizes various summer classes for students and girls like dancing, music, computer, English speaking, grammar, mehndi, beautician training, pottery etc

AS THEY SAY “A HEALTHY MIND LIVES IN A HEALTHY BODY” AND “HEALTH IS WEALTH”

                            To keep our students fit and active we periodically get them checked by professional doctors like Pediatrician, ophthalmologist, ENT specialist, dentist etc. and Gynaecologist for girls.

                              During the camps, to let the children understand the benefits of healthy living,cleanliness,healthy diet,sanitation etc ,motivating animation movies are shown and things like toothpaste,toothbrush,soaps,cotton buds,sanitary napkins are distributed amongst them.
